My main focus is that you are pleased with your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for whatever reason, please get in touch and we can resolve the issue.

I will be in touch with you throughout the creation process to ensure there are plenty of opportunities to make corrections and I only send your order once you are completely satisfied with the outcome.

If your order is personalised or bespoke, please note that you cannot cancel your order once I have began working. Please ensure you are clear with exactly what you want your order to be before ordering - they will be created following your instructions and refunds will not be available for errors if they existed in your original order.
