A bit about how it all began...

 

I started creating realistic portraits back in 2019 to earn money while I was doing my Interior Architecture Degree at university. I've loved doing art since primary school but I'd never used coloured pencils to create something photo realistic before. It was actually my mam who encouraged me to give it a go and I'm so glad she did! I graduated in 2021 with a First Class Degree and decided to put all my effort into my business, I haven't looked back since.

Today with Lucy Gray Artist you will be able to find stationery ranging from the perfect occasion card to bookmarks that are a little piece of art to keep your place (instead of a receipt or scrap of paper). Each of my designs are from original coloured pencil portraits that I've drawn, which can be bought as prints as well as offering the opportunity to commission a portrait of your own.
